About Xavier

For the past 57 years I have been a resident or employee of the City of Montclair. My 29 years of institutional knowledge and experience gained while working in the Public Works Department will be an asset to the community of Montclair. Currently I am working for an Engineering Firm as a Senior Construction Inspector and am a Commissioner for the Montclair Planning Commission. I am not the only choice for Montclair City Council, but I know you will not find someone who genuinely cares about our city's residents, business owners, and employees more than I do. Please help me to maintain the quality of living in Montclair that we all deserve.

As your next city council member, I will honestly consider all issues and concerns that impact the community. I will make sure long-term goals are practical in such an ever-changing environment. I will promote greater collaboration between local businesses and our community to enhance activities such as youth sports. Our city's youth need more creative and active options to build friendships and improve future opportunities in a safe and secure environment. I would like more transparency and dialogue from each city department, such as periodic workshops with city staff, so the city is more accountable to its residents.

I will bring strong leadership, institutional knowledge, and experience to help move us forward. My passion for this city is genuine. Please vote for me so together we can make Montclair a safe and comfortable place to call home and raise our families.
